Home Price Increases Due to Record Lumber Prices 

As you may be hearing in the news, lumber and building materials are soaring, driving up the price of new homes.  Despite the pandemic, the housing market has gained strength with increased demand for new home building and people are spending more time repairing and remodeling their existing homes, leading to high demand and shortage in supply.  

With the spike in prices, these increases will inevitably be passed along to the home purchaser. At Vesta we are monitoring these increases very closely and are working hard to limit the impact these price increases will have on our home buyers. Providing exceptionally built homes at reasonable prices has and will remain Vesta’s top priority.   

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR REMAINING INVENTORY AT EXISTING PRICES. At Vesta we are offering all fully constructed inventory to our customers with no added price increases. However, any future homes will be subject to these price increases.
