Buyers can get their first inside look at Vesta Properties’ stylish townhomes at Copperstone in Copperfield with the grand opening event of two new showhomes.
“We’ve been seeing a lot of interest in the townhomes, so we’re really excited to host a grand opening of the showhomes on July 20,” says Vesta sales manager AJ van der Linden, noting the showhomes showcase the largest model, Alden, an end unit, and Bennett, an interior home. “These showhomes are in our first phase, which consists of 24 townhomes units. Currently, we have two buildings completed and two under construction with possessions available from July to October.”
Vesta Properties is both the developer and builder for Copperstone and there will be a total of 149 intelligently designed three-storey townhomes upon completion. Townhomes in phase 1 range from 1,307-1,701 sq.-ft. and feature sophisticated finishings, oversized windows and garages starting from the $270,000s. The townhomes also have acoustically-engineered shared walls to ensure privacy and landscaped front and back yards.
“The first floor of the Alden features a full-size side-by-side two car garage, a fully-finished flex space perfect for a home office, man cave or fourth bedroom, and a three-piece bathroom,” van der Linden notes.
The second level boasts a gourmet-style kitchen with an oversized island, modern white cabinetry with black finishes, and a spacious open concept dining and living area with a large balcony, perfect for entertaining. The top floor offers a master suite featuring a walk-in closet and an inviting ensuite with dual sinks and walk-in shower, as well as two secondary bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry room.
“The first floor of the Bennett is dedicated to a two-car tandem garage with stairs leading up to the second floor,” van der Linden explains. “The second floor is expertly designed with a rear kitchen featuring a spacious island and sliding doors to a balcony, a central dining room and front living room.”
The Bennett showhome showcases a dual master bedroom design on the third level, but buyers can choose a three-bedroom layout instead.
“The level of finishings in these townhomes is very appealing to buyers because we have included many of our upgraded features as standard options, there is no need for upgrades, just pack up and move right in,” van der Linden says.
Those standard features include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a mix of laminate flooring, tile and plush carpeting, an electric fireplace with designer tile surround,
a home blinds package, 9-ft. ceilings and laundry with washer and dryer included.
These two new townhomes join Vesta’s already existing classic single-family showhomes. The classic homes feature front-attached double garages and have been designed with your family in mind showcasing spacious three- and four-bedroom designs ranging from 1,820 to more than 2,300 sq.-ft. priced from $430,000s.
Vesta also presents single-family lane homes highlighted by traditional front porches and landscaped front yards offering three-bedroom plans ranging from 1,360-1,650 sq.-ft. starting from the $360,000s.
Copperstone is well located within walking distance to schools, the community centre, and is close to the South Trail Crossing Shopping Centre, the South Hospital and major routes such as Stoney and Deerfoot Trails and 52nd Street S.E.
