Parks and Nature Trails

Festivals and Events
If there’s a city in BC that likes to celebrate it’s Langley. Street banners in Langley’s commercial district are, more often than not, promoting an upcoming event. In August Langley is home to the Arts Alive Festival and in September the Langley Cruise-In, a very large annual car show, takes over. McBurney Plaza located downtown Langley
is also a much loved outdoor space for street performances civic events. Some other popular Langley festivals and events happening close to Vesta’s new single-family homes at Latimer Heights include the Fort Langley Beer and Food Festival, and the Farmers Markets Bake Off.
Shopping
Vesta’s new single-family homes and townhomes for sale in Langley are conveniently located close to a variety of shopping experiences. Downtown Langley is home to more than 500 shops and services while 150 plus retail stores and professional services can be found at Willowbrook Shopping Centre near Latimer Heights. For unique hand-made gifts and a variety of independent boutique shops, head north from Latimer Heights for a short and scenic drive to Fort Langley Village.
Transportation
The City of Langley is well served by the nearby Carvolth bus exchange, making it easier than ever for residents to access the Greater Vancouver Area.
