Vesta Properties Ltd. has submitted applications to extend the Kingsview Phased Development Agreement and a Official Community Plan amendment. The extension will support the continued, long-term development of the community and provide additional time to complete the approved vision for Kingsview.

You are invited to attend a Public Information Meeting on July 23, 2026 and July 27, 2026, between 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to learn more about the application, view project information, meet the Vesta project team, and provide your comments.

Your feedback is welcomed prior to Council’s consideration of the application.
