One44

Surrounded by protected greenspace, in the heart of Surrey BC’s Panorama Ridge neighbourhood. One44, a collection of modern 2, 3 & 4 bedroom urban townhomes.  A fusion of urban architecture, warm calming colours and cultured stone, One 44 paid tribute to its natural surroundings. Nature trails, greenspaces, parks and playgrounds border the community. Almost one third of the community was dedicated to greenspace with many homes backing directly onto the reserve.

One44 also featured exclusive access to The Club, a multi-level community amenity centre complete with a fitness centre, guest lounge, media room, kitchen and wrap around deck. This community was completed in 2015.
