Real Estate Sales Representative, Airdrie AB
Vesta Properties Alberta is seeking Sales Representatives to drive sales for our pre-construction real estate projects. In this role, you will generate and manage sales opportunities, guide prospective buyers through our real estate offerings, and collaborate closely with marketing and other internal teams to achieve measurable results.
Key Qualifications
- Execute the sales program to meet company absorption and pricing targets.
- Assist in creating, presenting, and implementing project-based and corporate sales plans that align with overall company objectives.
- Conduct site tours and events to convert prospects into buyers. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate lead generation efforts, ensure timely asset delivery, and contribute insights to improve sales materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics (e.g., traffic reports, conversion rates), and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Support basic accounting and administrative tasks related to sales, such as processing POs, invoices, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to organize sales events, show home openings, and related promotional activities.
Position requirements
- 3+ years of experience in new home or preconstruction condominium sales, preferably in Alberta.
- Strong understanding of Alberta’s condominium market, including real estate regulations and preconstruction sales cycles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sales and marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of real estate contract law.
- Proficiency in Office 365 Suites, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.WHY JOIN US?
