VESTA 1 YEAR HOME WARRANTY
All of our homes are backed by a one year Vesta Warranty which covers materials and labour on the interior of your home. To submit a service request under the one-year warranty please refer to the Service Procedure outlined by Vesta in the homeowner manual. You can also find this on our website under the Home Owner Manual tab.

Third Party Warranty Provider: Travelers New Home Warranty
- 2 Year Warranty Coverage on defects in materials, labour and design supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivery and distribution systems. Defects in materials, labour and design supplied for the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors that may lead to detachment or material damage to the new home;
- 5-Year Building Envelope Warranty; and
- 10-Year Structural Defects Warranty
Alberta Home Owners Warranty
Third Party Warranty Provider: National New Home Warranty
- 2 Year Warranty Coverage on defects in materials, labour and design supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivery and distribution systems. Defects in materials, labour and design supplied for the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors that may lead to detachment or material damage to the new home;
